Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Network Architect (Infrastructure) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to join our team on a contractual basis for 6 months. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in redesigning and implementing a comprehensive blueprint for the IT and network infrastructure across multiple global locations. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring that the infrastructure designs align with top-tier cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing network and IT infrastructure.
– Design and develop a robust and scalable network and IT infrastructure blueprint to meet the organization’s current and future needs.
– Provide technical leadership and expertise in network architecture and infrastructure planning.
– Ensure that infrastructure designs adhere to top-tier cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements.
– Work closely with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select the most suitable network and IT infrastructure solutions.
– Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
– Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning to optimize the network and IT infrastructure.
– Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in network architecture and infrastructure design.
– Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex IT and network infrastructures.
– In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices.
– Proficiency in network protocols, hardware, and software.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Project management experience is a plus.
– Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
